Stevie is a planner with a range of skills acquired from experience of working in Scotland in a Local Authority Planning Department and in planning consultancy. He has an understanding of implementing planning policy and guidance to determine applications, and to support a proposal.

Stevie has been involved in a range of residential and local developments including a number of listed building planning applications and advertisement consents. He has experience involving the discharge of planning conditions; arranging and attending site visits; liaison with clients, agents and planning officers; attending and presenting at Edinburgh’s Development Management sub-committee; undertaking baseline research; producing planning supporting statements; experience of community engagement and multidisciplinary team working.
