Nikki is a key member of Ironside Farrar’s Planning Team with wide ranging project experience working on a projects for a variety of public and private sector clients. She is an experienced researcher and has excellent reporting skills .

Nikki has a broad knowledge of statutory planning processes for residential, commercial, transport, minerals, campus and mixed use developments and a particular interest and experience in community engagement and stakeholder consultation. She has co-ordinated, prepared and submitted planning applications, Development Plan representations and planning appeals, including submissions and reports for sensitive applications.
