Niamh has extensive experience in development studies, site appraisal and assessment, infrastructure design, preparation of contract documentation, administration and site supervision of contracts. Niamh's areas of expertise include preparation of detailed site appraisal documents, setting budget estimates for implementation works, road construction consent applications, highway design and landscape construction.

Niamh frequently provides engineering support to the landscape construction team and has recently been involved in the design and implementation of a number of public realm schemes, signage projects and cemeteries. She is also involved in Site Supervision and has fulfilled the role of Contract Administrator for a wide range of commissions.
