Hugh is a director of the Company and a chartered civil engineer with 30 years experience in the design and delivery of infrastructure projects for a wide range and scale of residential, business and industrial infrastructure projects.

Hugh has been directly involved in the delivery of civil engineering infrastructure and site development projects for Local Authorities, Scottish Enterprise and private sector organisations and has experience across all areas of delivery including geotechnical and contamination aspects; earthworks, road, drainage and utility infrastructure design; planning applications and the planning process; technical approval submissions, contract documentation, tender reporting, site supervision and contract administration.

Hugh is the principal point of contact for a range of clients including Local Authorities, Scottish Enterprise, Local Enterprise Companies and the private sector and leads a number of multi-disciplinary project teams across a wide range of projects and including heavy duty reinforced concrete slab design and delivery within heavy engineering and port environments.
